14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you or a person chosen by you receives the goods.

To use the right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. You can contact us by e-mail at info@picatinny.dk.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Return shipping

The direct cost of return shipping is paid by you when you use the right of withdrawal.

Refunds

When the right of withdrawal is used correctly, we refund the payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost for the original shipment. Extra delivery costs are not refunded if you chose a delivery method that was more expensive than the standard option.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned.

Refunds are made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Condition of returned goods and diminished value

You may inspect the product in the same way as you would normally be able to inspect it in a physical shop. You are liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

For Picatinny rails and mounting parts, this is particularly important. Screw marks, scratches, oil, threadlocker, damaged packaging, modified screws or signs of actual mounting may reduce the value of the product significantly. In some cases, a mounted or marked product cannot be resold as new.

If you are unsure whether the product fits, do not mount it, do not apply oil or threadlocker, and do not tighten screws. Contact us first.

Wrong item or possible defect

If you believe you have received the wrong item, or if the product may be defective, contact us before returning it. Please include your order number, a short description and photos where relevant.
